What We're Looking For We are seeking a confident, experienced dental receptionist who can take ownership of front desk responsibilities and help ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

Responsibilities Include:

- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
- Processing insurance claims and pre-determinations
- Managing patient communications and follow-up
- Collecting payments and discussing financial arrangements
- Monitoring and following up on accounts receivable
- Maintaining accurate patient records




- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming patient experience

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination
- Proven experience managing accounts receivable and outstanding balances
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental practice management software
