About The Role Cariboo Dental is looking for a confident, organized, and experienced Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Williams Lake, BC! We are seeking a strong administrative professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining an organized schedule, and supporting the daily operations of a busy dental practice.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of dental procedures, treatment planning, and dental terminology , allowing them to confidently communicate with patients, coordinate treatment appointments, and support the clinical team.

Schedule

- Full-time, flexible hours
- No evenings! May require some Saturdays

Key Responsibilities





- Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service
- Manage calls, appointments, and daily scheduling
- Coordinate treatment plans and appointment sequences
- Explain treatment recommendations, costs, and insurance coverage
- Process insurance claims, predeterminations, and payments
- Prepare treatment estimates and financial arrangements
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Follow up on outstanding and unscheduled treatment

Qualifications

- Dental reception or treatment coordination experience preferred
- Will also consider junior administrators
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology is a plus!
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Confident discussing treatment costs with patients
- Positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude
