Shape dermatology and rheumatology research programs at Indero, combining therapeutic leadership, client expertise, and clinical operations discipline.This Project Director oversees study portfolios and the Project Managers delivering them within a specialized CRO. You will ensure therapeutic and client requirements guide execution, while maintaining quality, regulatory, financial, and contractual control. The position also contributes to proposals, pricing, business development, and operational strategy.Key Responsibilities:

Maintain therapeutic and client-specific portfolio knowledgeApply study learning across assigned studies and clientsEnsure contract and financial management across projectsLead operational contributions to proposals and pricingProvide operational and therapeutic leadership to Project ManagementRequirements:

Bachelor of Science in a relevant disciplineMaster’s degree is an assetAt least 15 years industry experienceMinimum five years experience within a CRODermatology or rheumatology experience is requiredUse hands-on program leadership, project supervision, and therapeutic knowledge to advance Indero’s specialized clinical research delivery.
