Drive digital government product delivery from Halifax, improving Registry of Motor Vehicles services through strategy, metrics, and cross-department collaboration. This term role ends March 31, 2028.As Product Director for the RMV Modernization Team, you will help redefine driver and vehicle service delivery for Nova Scotians. You will establish product direction, monitor success, and support solutions that address technology constraints, operational needs, legislative evolution, and system integration.

The role reports to the Executive Director for RMV Modernization.Key Responsibilities:

Related bachelor’s or master’s degreeFive or more years’ related product delivery or management experienceExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation abilitiesExperience with process facilitation and business relationshipsAbility to apply equity lenses to strategies and initiativesUse product strategy, delivery management, and digital modernization expertise to improve Nova Scotia Registry of Motor Vehicles services.
