This role combines team leadership, solution design, and hands‑on technical work to improve business operations and customer experience.Location: Surrey, BC Salary: $115,000–$125,000What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a high-performing Digital Solutions teamDrive digital initiatives across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, WMS, and data platformsLead the rollout and governance of AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude Design and manage system integrations, APIs, automation, and data solutionsOversee data integrity, reporting, data lakes, and self-serve analyticsTroubleshoot complex technical issues across cloud and on-prem environmentsSupport security, governance, documentation,



and disaster recovery initiativesManage vendor relationships and technical partnershipsPartner with business leaders to align technology solutions with organizational goalsWhat You Bring

5+ years of experience in digital solutions, data, or enterprise applications2+ years leading or mentoring technical teamsStrong knowledge of SQL, APIs, data lakes, SaaS platforms, and enterprise systemsExperience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI is strongly preferredExperience working in hybrid cloud and on-prem environmentsStrong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
