Director Billing Operations You will have direct responsibility over the global Order Enablement operations and will be a strategic advisor to the O2C leadership and act as a key interface with the transformation group. report and track ELT KPI’S through accurate and effective reporting and analytics Identify risks and opportunities during each quarter and work with functional leads to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities Assist with M&A; activities and perform ad hoc analysis as needed 10+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a global software services/high tech setting Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and minimize financial risks Excellent written and verbal communication and change management skills, with all levels, internal and external Excellent knowledge on accounting principles, compliance and SOX controls Experience working with Senior Level Management Self-starter working under minimal supervision with cross functional teams to drive goals E.: SAP, other data extraction tools), proficiency in Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation, including pivot tables, v-lookup & Macros.
