Shape market access across Canada and the United States.As Director, Codes, Standards and Regulatory Affairs, you will represent IPEX across building, plumbing, mechanical, municipal, and electrical requirements. Reporting to the Vice President, Transformation Office, you will guide two Senior Managers and coordinate technical, commercial, and compliance priorities.

The mandate supports existing products, innovation, and future growth.Key Responsibilities:

Develop IPEX’s North American codes, standards, and regulatory strategyRepresent IPEX with regulators, committees, associations,



and certification bodiesLead positions on proposed code and standards revisionsTranslate regulatory developments into business risks and recommended actionsLead Canada and United States Codes and Standards teamsRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical disciplineProfessional Engineer designation strongly preferred10+ years in codes, standards, or regulatory affairsExperience influencing North American committees or task groupsEnglish required;

French or Spanish considered an assetApply codes expertise, regulatory leadership, and technical judgment to strengthen IPEX’s North American market access.
