Reporting to the Managing Director, Development, this senior leader translates integrated strategy into a focused major gifts plan. The position aligns portfolios, donor strategies, team priorities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting with institutional objectives.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement annual major gifts plansLead, coach, and manage two individual giving staffOversee donor pipeline health, movement,



and portfolio assignmentsManage complex donor relationships and solicitation strategiesForecast revenue and report performance using donor dataRequirements:

Minimum seven years of progressively responsible fundraising experienceSuccess securing major gifts of $25,000 and aboveExperience leading programs, portfolios, pipelines, and forecastsProficiency with Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft 365University degree or equivalent relevant experienceDirect individual giving, major gifts, pipeline development, and donor relationships for RCM’s institutional fundraising objectives in Toronto.
