Lead WAA’s IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy, overseeing Microsoft environments, Azure, Cisco, VMware, and enterprise digital resiliency. This leadership role reports to the Vice President, Information Technology.The Director guides infrastructure operations, cybersecurity governance, risk management, and service delivery across WAA. The position shapes long-term strategies, supports IT priorities, and aligns technology capabilities with business goals.

It also develops team-oriented teams and external partnerships.Key Responsibilities:

and telecommunications environmentsOversee enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity projectsMaintain risk registers and regulatory complianceEstablish KPIs, service levels, and performance standardsRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology disciplineMinimum 15 years in infrastructure and cybersecuritySeven or more years of leadership experienceExpertise in Microsoft, VMware, Azure, and CiscoExperience with governance, audits, and compliance frameworksApply infrastructure leadership, cybersecurity governance, and technology expertise to strengthen WAA’s enterprise-wide operational resilience and service delivery.
