As Director, Legal Talent, you will guide associate recruitment, engagement, retention, performance, and career advancement across Canadian offices. The role partners with Department Chairs, Practice Group Leaders, Practice Directors, Learning and Development, and AI, Innovation and Knowledge teams. Lead associate recruitment, integration, engagement, retention, and career advancement initiatives

Monitor associate capacity, workloads, performance, and career progression

Deliver learning paths, training programs, coaching, and performance feedback

Shape legal talent strategies with firm and practice leaders

JD or Bachelor’s degree in law, depending on jurisdiction

Interest or experience in legal talent management and recruitment

Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
