Lead culturally grounded delegated services at SCFSS through strategic planning, Indigenous knowledge, and family preservation leadership. This position reports to the Executive Director.The Director of Delegated Services oversees culturally reflective programs and services for children and families. The role develops annual work plans aligned with the SCFSS Strategic Plan, while applying nłeʔkepmx and syilx practice frameworks.

Leadership spans service delivery, staff development, partnerships, compliance, and community engagement.Key Responsibilities:

Uphold cultural safety across programs, services, policies, and practicesLead annual work planning and strategic transformation initiativesStrengthen family preservation, reunification, and traditional family skillsOversee delegated services,

Deep understanding of nłeʔkepmx and syilx cultural practicesMaster’s degree in a related fieldFive years’ community services experience requiredThree years’ multi-level leadership and practice experienceEligible for C6 Delegation under applicable legislationApply strategic leadership, cultural knowledge, and service oversight to support SCFSS families, communities, and culturally grounded programs.
