Lead national HSE strategy at Clutch while building safety systems, teams, and accountability fully in office in Mississauga, Ontario. Protect workers across production and logistics operations.

As Clutch’s first Director of Health, Safety and Environment, you will own the enterprise HSE mandate for a growing, multi-site business. You will set standards, oversee compliance, and advise executives while implementing a Safety Management System. The mandate spans Canadian OHS legislation, environmental programs, incident management, training, and worker engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set national HSE strategy and secure executive sponsorship
- Own the Safety Management System and annual audits
- Manage regulatory, environmental, and operational safety programs




- Lead serious-incident investigations and corrective actions
- Build and develop the national HSE team

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of progressive HSE experience
- Three-plus years in senior leadership with multi-site accountability
- Experience building HSE teams and management systems
- Ontario OHSA and multi-province Canadian legislation expertise
- Working knowledge of ISO 45001, WHMIS, TDG, and WSIB/WCB
