Director, Private Capital Markets This is an individual contributor role registered as a Dealing Representative with Parvis Investment Services Inc. (“Parvis”), an Exempt Market Dealer, focused on raising capital for professionally managed private real estate investment opportunities.

Dealing

Representatives manage the full investor journey from initial conversation through investment completion, supported by dedicated Associates who schedule qualified investor meetings. The ideal candidate is an accomplished consultative sales professional with experience in capital raising, investment products, private markets, wealth management or financial services.

Registered Dealing

Representatives will conduct all registerable activities in accordance with Parvis's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Present





Lankin's private real estate investment opportunities in a professional and compliant manner. Leverage inbound marketing leads and personal networks to develop investment opportunities. Partner with Associates to maximize meeting quality and pipeline development.

Participate in investor events, presentations and relationship-building initiatives. Maintain accurate CRM records and manage an organized pipeline. Achieve and exceed individual capital-raising targets and performance metrics.

As an employee of Lankin Investments, the Director will: Capture investor feedback and market insights to support Capital Markets, Marketing and senior management. 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in financial services, private markets, wealth management, alternative investments or capital raising. Demonstrated success raising capital or selling sophisticated investment products. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

Highly organized with solid pipeline management abilities.

Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
