Lead product performance management for Canada Life’s Health Products portfolio across London, Toronto, or Winnipeg. Build analytical and AI-enabled capabilities.This temporary full-time, 18-month Director position reports to the AVP, Health Products. You will establish performance frameworks, scorecards, management routines, and accountability across the portfolio.

The work connects customer, financial, operational, and strategic measures. You will also create decision-ready insights, improve data foundations, and support innovation adoption. Collaboration spans product, data, finance, pricing, technology, and other functions.Key Responsibilities:





Define and implement a Health Products performance management frameworkEstablish scorecards and trend reporting across portfolio metricsLead recurring performance reviews for senior leadersIdentify performance gaps and mobilize improvement initiativesBuild trusted data foundations and self-service analytical capabilitiesRequirements:

10+ years of progressively senior relevant experienceExperience in group advantages or health insurance preferredStrong analytical acumen connecting customer, risk, and financial measuresAbility to translate complex analysis into decisions and actionsStrong leadership and influencing skills within matrix organizationsDirect Health Products performance, analytics, accountability, and innovation adoption for Canada Life across three Canadian locations.
