This in office position guides collections from concept through lifecycle management.As Director of Product Development, you will lead strategy and planning across EQ3’s portfolio. You will create roadmaps, interpret customer and market insights, and guide materials, construction, features, launches, and assortment performance.

Reporting to the President, you will support profitable growth through coordinated decisions.Key Responsibilities:
