Lead, coach, and grow the recruiting team

Run senior and business-critical searches end to end

Design interview frameworks, interviewer training, and calibration

Own Ashby, recruiting operations, reporting, and team SLAs

10+ years of in-house recruiting experience

High-growth B2B SaaS or AI company experience

3+ years leading recruiters or recruiting functions

Recent success closing senior hires in competitive markets

Deep Ashby or comparable ATS experience

Build Valence's AI-native recruiting function through executive partnership, data fluency, senior searches, and thoughtful team leadership. #
