Job Overview

As a DQ Team Member, you’ll help deliver friendly, efficient service while preparing and serving food in a clean, organized restaurant environment. You’ll support daily kitchen and front-of-house operations, follow food safety and sanitation practices, and help customers enjoy a smooth visit.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food while following food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Welcome customers, take orders using POS systems, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
- Use product knowledge to answer questions and make appropriate suggestions, including upselling when helpful.
- Keep work areas organized, manage time across service tasks, and work with teammates to maintain a steady flow of service.

Skills Required: Practical food preparation, safe food handling, sanitation, basic math, cash handling,



and customer service skills help you complete daily tasks accurately and support a clean, welcoming restaurant. Time management and clear communication help you coordinate with teammates and serve customers efficiently.

Your impact: You help customers receive accurate orders and friendly service.

Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, serving, kitchen, cashiering, or POS experience—including Micros POS—is helpful, along with confidence using point-of-sale systems and making thoughtful product suggestions.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
