As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a highly active and outgoing Marketing & Promotions Representative to represent our brand and partnerships directly in the field.

You will be the face of Home Saving Heating Cooling, representing our top-tier HVAC solutions inside Home Depot locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Event Hosting: Host engaging promotional events and product demonstrations directly inside Home Depot stores.
- Brand Training: Conduct in office training sessions for store associates and customers to boost product knowledge and brand awareness.
- Customer Engagement:



Actively approach and interact with potential customers to drive sales and generate high-quality HVAC leads.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a high-energy, approachable, and qualified demeanor, proudly representing the Home Saving, Home Depot, and Trane brands.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Previous background in sales and marketing is required (internships, retail sales, or campus brand ambassador roles count!).
- Education: Recent college / university graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory; the ability to speak multiple languages is a major advantage.
- Core Traits: Excellent public speaking, relationship-building, and active listening skills. You must be comfortable initiating conversations with store customers.

- Pay Structure: Reliable base salary plus an uncapped commission structure based on performance.
