L1FE Outdoors is a growing powersports and equipment dealership located in Embro, Ontario. We specialize in ATVs, side-by-sides, compact tractors, outdoor equipment, parts, accessories, and service.

Beyond our retail dealership, we operate several specialized e-commerce websites serving customers across Canada and beyond.

We're a small, hands-on team where everyone wears multiple hats. We work closely together, help each other across different areas of the business, and take pride in what we accomplish as a team.

About the Position

We're looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with websites, researching products, creating engaging online content, and finding ways to improve the customer experience.

You'll help manage and grow our online stores, maintain accurate product information, support digital marketing initiatives, and assist with day-to-day e-commerce operations.

No two days are exactly alike. You might spend your morning adding new products to one of our websites, followed by researching product specifications, improving search engine visibility, creating a promotional campaign, or assisting a customer with an online order.

We're looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, organized, and eager to learn. Someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and wants to take ownership of their responsibilities as they grow with our business.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Website Management

- Maintain and update multiple e-commerce websites.
- Create and manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and categories.
- Research product information, features, and compatibility to ensure accurate listings.
- Improve website organization, navigation, and the overall online shopping experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve product presentation and online sales.
- Assist with search engine optimization (SEO), including product titles, descriptions, keywords, and website content.
- Monitor websites for errors, outdated information, and opportunities for improvement.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation





- Assist with developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging social media content and promotional materials.
- Update website banners, featured products, and seasonal promotions.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across our online platforms.
- Research products, market trends, and marketing opportunities.
- Bring forward creative ideas to help grow our online presence.

E-Commerce Operations & Team Support

- Process online customer orders and assist with order-related inquiries.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to research product information and resolve questions.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and daily business operations.
- Work collaboratively with our sales, parts, and inventory teams.
- Be willing to step outside your primary responsibilities and lend a hand when needed.

Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software and online platforms.
- An interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and website management.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and an eye for presenting products and information effectively.
- Robust organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A natural curiosity and willingness to research unfamiliar products and topics.
- Initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to solve problems independently.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- A genuine interest in learning, developing new skills, and growing with our business.

Education or experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, business, communications, or a related field is an asset, but not essential. Experience with website platforms, product listings, SEO, social media marketing, or graphic design would be beneficial.

We are willing to train the right person. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, aptitude, and motivation than someone who checks every box on a résumé.

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, permanent position.
- On-site at our Embro, Ontario location.
- Primarily weekday hours, with scheduled Thursday evenings and approximately every other Saturday.
- Annual salary of $50,000-$55,000.
- Employee benefits after six months.
- Two weeks' paid vacation, plus our paid Christmas-to-New-Year company closure.
