NOW HIRING – EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR (LEVEL 1 OR LEVEL 2)

Location: Inside Landing Trail School – Gibbons, Alberta

Reliable vehicle required- Travel allowance available

Landing Trail Out of School Care is currently seeking a dedicated, punctual, and caring Early Childhood Educator (Level 1 or Level 2) to join our team in a permanent part-time position.

Position Hours (Split Shift):

Monday to Friday

- Morning: 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
- Afternoon: 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Total: 30 hours per week Additional hours are available during:

- Summer Break
- March Break
- PD (Professional Development) Days

Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for school-age children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities.
- Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Maintain positive communication with families, children, and team members.
- Support daily program operations and routines.

Qualifications
- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 1 or Level 2 Certification.
- Experience working with school-age children is an asset.




- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification preferred.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 6 months) required.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
