We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Early Morning Baker to join our bakery team. This is an early-start position, typically 4:00 AM – 11:00 AM, responsible for preparing and baking products for the day ahead.

Responsibilities

- Start work at approximately 4:00 AM and complete the initial morning bake
- Prepare, proof, bake, and finish a variety of bakery products according to recipes and production standards
- Monitor ovens, proofing, and baking times to ensure consistent quality
- Prepare products for opening and ensure the bakery is fully stocked for the morning
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Properly store and label ingredients and finished products
- Assist with preparation and production throughout the shift as needed
- Work efficiently and stay organized during the busy morning production period
- Communicate with the bakery team regarding inventory, production needs, and any issues

Qualifications
- Previous bakery or food production experience is an asset,



but we are willing to train the right person
- Comfortable working independently during early morning hours
- Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently arrive for a 4:00 AM start
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality products
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move bakery ingredients and supplies
- Food safety knowledge/certification is an asset

Schedule Typical shift: 4:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Early morning availability is required. Monday- Friday Full time.
