This client-facing position manages complex workflows from intake through completion.As an eDiscovery Client Services Manager, you will coordinate technical execution and structured project management across Array hosting environments. The work includes scoping, budgets, timelines, quality control, documentation, and stakeholder updates.

You will support defensible, timely, high-quality outcomes while managing multiple priorities.Key Responsibilities:

Manage matters across the complete Electronic Discovery Reference Model lifecycleCoordinate workspace setup, data loading, processing, searches, batching, and productionsTrack risks, milestones, dependencies, budgets, timelines,



and project statusServe as primary client contact and advise on workflow strategiesMaintain documentation and support workflow optimization and automation initiativesRequirements:

Five or more years in eDiscovery, case management, or client servicesStrong hands-on experience with RelativityOne and end-to-end workflowsBachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferredRelevant eDiscovery certification or willingness to obtain certificationStrong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesBring RelativityOne expertise, project discipline, and client service skills to Array’s eDiscovery delivery team.
