Lead to grow our Commercial and Industrial business. The work Kleinfelder executes is multi-disciplinary in nature, but experience in traditional industrial/commercial land development, renewables, utility infrastructure, and/or aggregate mining is especially relevant. This is a hybrid office role and can be based in:Overseeing pursuits, designate the appropriate resources to projects, define client needs, address client concerns and suggest solutions to solve project challenges Managing project execution including proposal development, project organization, subcontractor management, scheduling, financial management, health and safety stewardship, and delivery quality Leading technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams and driving customer value Preferred,



Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or other technical degree Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners, and/or land owners Experience in leading multi-disciplinary design, permitting and construction as a consultant Understanding of financial management of projects 12+ years of related experience, including 6+ years of project management experience We are engineers, scientists, and construction professionals providing solutions that improve our clients’ transportation, water, energy, and other private infrastructure.
