Lead technical execution for the Port of Montreal expansion project, guiding engineering quality across procurement, design, and construction phases.Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the Engineering Manager serves as the project’s technical reference. This role coordinates consultants, designers, contractors, the private partner, and internal stakeholders. It also supports consistent decisions, compliant deliverables, and effective technical issue resolution.Key Responsibilities:

Review technical deliverables for quality, consistency, and complianceTrack plans, specifications, RFIs, changes, and amendmentsCoordinate interfaces across program subprojects and partnersMonitor construction inspections, deficiencies, and complianceSupport teams and represent the APM at official activitiesRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil, construction, or related engineeringAt least 10 years of relevant experienceMembership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du QuébecASP card and French-English fluencyMicrosoft Office and construction standards familiarityBring technical leadership, analytical judgment, and stakeholder coordination to major port expansion engineering delivery and construction oversight.
