As ATB’s next Enterprise Architect CRM Strategy , you will be responsible for creating the technology strategy and roadmap for CRM. You will be working closely with stakeholders and evaluating CRM capabilities and technologies. Create, own, and manage the architecture and technology strategy for CRM Working closely with IT and Business stakeholders with oversight of areas of service duplication, tech cost inefficiencies within the application portfolio, development medium and long term strategies Contributes to the bigger picture architectural vision specifically where it intersects with CRM capabilities.





Creates short and near term roadmaps based on strategy models Always focus on the customer outcome Develop and embed governance models that work effectively with agile methods to control acquisition of new technologies and understand TCO of current technologies Understanding of leading CRM technologies in industry, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365. Knowledge of SAP CRM is also an asset Experience architecting complex enterprise grade CRM and Marketing solutions with knowledge of customer, offers, product, personalization, and marketing domains 10-15 years of work experience with increasing responsibilities in digital solutions or other innovation/mobility/digital roles Platform mindset in establishing and evaluating technical capabilities Leadership experience and background in the support of information systems and information technology Strong focus on business value and the customer Proven experience and success in architecting or co-leading digital transformation Experience with cloud infrastructure solutions such as Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technology discipline (e.g.
