The role works with business and IT stakeholders to evaluate technologies, guide architecture decisions, and align CRM solutions with enterprise strategy. Create and manage the CRM architecture and technology strategy.

Embed governance approaches that support agile methods and assess total cost of ownership. Align technology development with business capabilities and customer outcomes.

Experience architecting enterprise CRM and marketing solutions, including customer, offers, product, personalization, and marketing domains. Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365; SAP CRM knowledge is anasset. 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in digital solutions or related roles.

Experience leading or co-leading digital transformation and applying systems architecture methodologies.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services. A bachelor’s degree in a technology or quantitative discipline, or equivalent. Senior-level knowledge of finance or a related industry and its business and technology components. #
