The global enterprise organization needs a Change Manager supporting large-scale business transformation. You will develop strategies for function-specific changes, systems upgrades, organizational design, and multi-year programs. Key Responsibilities

Develop change management strategies for enterprise-wide transformation programs

Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments

Requirements

Five to ten years leading change or transformation work

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related area

Advanced knowledge of Prosci and ADKAR methodologies

Experience tracking adoption with real metrics

Solid communication, influencing, MS Office, and Smartsheet skills
