As an Authorized Representative of Rogers, we're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are ready to develop valuable professional skills in a customer-facing environment.

As an Entry-Level Associate, you'll represent Rogers Telecommunications, connecting with customers, introducing available services, and helping create positive customer experiences through direct, in-person interactions.

Entry-Level Associate Responsibilities:

- Represent Rogers Telecommunications in a professional and engaging manner.
- Interact directly with customers and introduce available services.
- Communicate service features and options clearly.
- Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face conversations.
- Assist customers with questions and provide relevant information.
- Work alongside a team to support daily outreach and customer engagement goals.

Entry-Level Associate Qualifications:





- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with recent people in person.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable, adaptable, and motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is welcome but not required.

Pay: $56,500.00-$60,000.00 per year
