Develop capital cost estimates for Bantrel projects in Calgary using quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and EPC/EPCM estimating practices. This is a full time permanent prospect.As an Estimator, you will support projects and proposals across engineering, procurement, and construction. Your work will span energy, mining, infrastructure, nuclear, and industrial sectors.

You will contribute to estimate development, benchmarking, risk assessment, reporting, and cost analysis within multidisciplinary project teams.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare capital cost estimates using established practices, procedures, and toolsPerform quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and technical documentsDevelop unit rates, productivity factors, and labour installation hoursValidate pricing for materials, equipment, labour,



and subcontractorsPrepare estimate reports, assumptions, exclusions, and supporting documentationRequirements:

Degree in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or related disciplineThree to five years experience in estimating or related EPC/EPCM workKnowledge of capital cost estimating methodologies and industrial construction practicesProficiency with Microsoft Excel, estimating software, and cost management toolsStrong analytical, quantitative, communication, and problem-solving skillsApply estimating, benchmarking, quantity takeoff, and risk assessment skills to Bantrel’s diverse Calgary capital projects.
