Senior Estimator

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to major industrial projects while growing within a supportive and well‑established team. Dive into specifications for large hard‑bid/lump‑sum and construction management projects, ensuring complete accuracy. Evaluate trade contractor pricing to support competitive and profitable bids.

Take full ownership of medium‑to‑large estimates or key components of major projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and trade contractors. Maintain an up‑to‑date trade contractor database for pricing accuracy and efficiency.

Identify risks, opportunities,



and critical factors related to project documents and market conditions. Industrial site experience— Pipefitter-related environments are essential . Advanced blueprint reading skills and a solid grasp of contract documentation.
