Extendicare is seeking an Executive Director for the Trillium Court Long Term Care facility in Ontario. You will lead a large, multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care, safety, and quality. The role demands robust financial stewardship, regulatory acumen, and collaboration across the Extendicare network.

Relocation assistance is available. A university degree and a 100-hour LTC administration program are required, with a minimum of five years’ health management experience.
