Experienced Cleaner – Building Common Areas

Victoria & Langford | Starting at $23.00/hour | 30–35 hours per week

Lemon Cleaners is hiring an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing team. This position focuses primarily on regularly scheduled common-area cleaning and building caretaking at properties throughout Victoria and Langford.

We offer 30–35 guaranteed hours per week to start, with opportunities for additional hours up to 40 per week as we add new properties and cleaning projects. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, with some flexibility in scheduling for the right candidate.

Applicants must have a reliable personal vehicle and be comfortable travelling between multiple job sites during the day when required. Travel time between buildings is paid.

Our ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details and consistently maintains a high standard of cleaning, both independently and as part of a team.

Position Details

- Starting wage of $23.00 per hour
- Guaranteed recurring schedule of 30–35 hours per week
- Opportunities for additional hours up to 40 per week
- Work locations throughout Victoria and Langford
- Monday-to-Friday availability, with some scheduling flexibility
- Paid travel time between buildings

Responsibilities





- Clean building entrances, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms and other shared areas
- Complete routine building caretaking tasks and common-area checks
- Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Identify and report damage, maintenance concerns or missing items
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members and property managers
- Maintain a consistent, thorough standard of cleaning at every property

Requirements

- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle
- Willingness to travel between job sites in Victoria and Langford
- Ability to work independently and alongside other team members
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and time-management skills
- Personal cellphone with data for scheduling, photographs and communication
- Availability Monday through Friday
