Overview

Exteriors Specialists carry out hands-on exterior improvement and repair work using practical construction skills and tools. The role involves following project plans, completing careful finish work, and handling materials safely. You’ll work with colleagues to keep tasks coordinated and help deliver durable, well-finished results for customers.

Duties

- Use hand tools to complete exterior construction, repair, and carpentry tasks.
- Read project instructions to understand measurements, materials, and work requirements.
- Apply caulking and other finishing techniques to help seal and protect exterior surfaces.
- Lift and move materials safely, keeping work areas organized and supporting the team’s progress.

Experience Required: Practical ability with hand tools,



safe heavy lifting, and careful hands-on work is important for completing exterior tasks and following project plans. Explicit communication and attention to detail help maintain quality and coordinate work with colleagues. Preferred: Construction experience, carpentry, blueprint reading, caulking, or handyman experience can support success in this role. Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 44.0 per week
