Schedule: Monday–Thursday

- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Night Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Position Overview

As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, measuring materials, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring products meet company quality and safety standards.

Please note: Successful candidates will initially complete weekday training. Once the required competency level is achieved, employees will transition to their assigned shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Measure materials and verify machine settings to ensure accuracy.
- Operate fabrication and production machinery.
- Perform drilling, cutting, grooving, turning and threading operations.
- Monitor equipment for malfunctions and troubleshoot production issues.
- Adjust machine controls and replace or sharpen tools when required.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Complete production records and required documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.




- Ability to use a tape measure accurately, including measurements to 1/16-inch increments.
- Ability to understand dimensions, measurements, and weld patterns.
- Basic mathematical skills, including fractions and decimals.
- Experience operating punch brakes or other mechanical equipment is an asset.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience is an asset.

Physical Requirements This position involves working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, heavy equipment, and machinery.

The role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements.

Ability to lift

- Up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Up to 30 lbs. frequently.
- Up to 20 lbs. constantly.
