As Assistant Manager, you will help deliver Farm Boy's fresh shopping experience through collaborative leadership and team engagement. Your work includes executing departmental strategies, developing team members, maintaining operations, and supporting administrative functions. You will help create a supported team and welcoming customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
