Job Summary

We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented FBA Logistics Account Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned customer accounts and respond to daily shipment inquiries.

- Review shipment forecasts, create shipment files, and maintain accurate records in the internal system.

- Prepare customer quotations and coordinate with carriers, trucking companies, and agents to obtain competitive rates.

- Review customs documentation and coordinate with customers and customs brokers to resolve clearance issues.

- Track shipments throughout ocean freight, rail transportation, customs clearance, and final delivery.

- Monitor shipment deadlines, including LFD, storage, demurrage, and detention, to minimize additional costs.

- Coordinate Amazon FBA deliveries, warehouse appointments, and resolve delivery-related issues.

- Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- College diploma or above,



preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in FBA or international logistics operations preferred.

- Familiarity with ocean freight, rail transportation, customs clearance, and Canadian logistics procedures.

- Knowledge of Amazon FBA delivery processes is an asset.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Pay: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
