Job Overview

As a Fiberglass Trimmer in composite building manufacture, you’ll trim and finish fiberglass components, support assembly, and help maintain an orderly, productive production workflow. You’ll use hand and power tools while applying practical mechanical knowledge and basic math to complete work accurately and safely.

Responsibilities

- Trim, shape, and finish fiberglass parts using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
- Assemble components and coordinate material movement with production colleagues, using cranes or forklifts when appropriate and authorized.
- Follow manufacturing procedures and contribute to lean manufacturing practices by keeping work areas organized and identifying opportunities to reduce waste.




- Check finished work for accuracy and communicate production needs to teammates. Your impact: dependable, well-finished components help colleagues keep composite building projects moving smoothly.

Requirements Required: Practical hand-tool and power-tool skills, basic math, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to follow manufacturing and assembly procedures carefully. Preferred: Experience with machining, lean manufacturing, crane or forklift operation, or welding can support flexibility across production tasks and collaboration with the team.

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
