Responsibilities:

- Wire Ethernet or Fibre cable inside or outside buildings
- Install Equipment at the customer site
- Troubleshoot technical issues on the customer site based on request
- Support and visit business and residential customers if required
- Installs, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs as required to company standards
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service and educating customers on products and services
- Ensures the vehicle, test equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition
- Other on-site and in-office technical support, if assigned
- May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company.

Service Territory: GTA

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of cabling,



computers, and network technology
- Experience in technical support, installation, or electrical
- Experience in a client-facing enviornment
- Excellent people skills, communication skills and self-management skills
- Willingness to learn, undertake new challenges and complete work within assigned time frames
- Must have valid driver’s license in good standing
- Must be able to work shift work on weekends.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
