You will advise corporate and financial investors across buy-side and sell-side engagements. Your work will uncover deal insights, challenge assumptions, and support confident investment decisions.Key Responsibilities:

Manage due diligence engagements for acquisitions and divestituresAnalyze business plans, public information, and historical financialsIdentify and report key transaction risks to clientsDeliver diligence reports, presentations, and deal implicationsLead, mentor, and develop junior team membersRequirements:

Five or more years of Financial Due Diligence experienceTwo to three Senior Manager years within Big Four preferredBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldStrong FDD, financial analysis, and project management expertiseRemote independence and occasional Canada or U.S. travelApply financial analysis, transaction leadership, and client communication expertise as Leo Berwick’s Financial Due Diligence Director.
