They are to ensure the Finance & Insurance department meets targets, maintains high customer satisfaction levels, and complies with all legal and OMVIC requirements.

Present all available products to all customers all the time. Building value in the products for the customers, resulting in a compelling reason to purchase. Work with OEM Captive Finance companies and Bank institutions to get customer contracts funded efficiently and quickly.

Participate in professional training. Identify targets for finance product sales and ensure that such targets are met.
