- Your Opportunity

As the Fixed Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to the Service and Parts departments. You will be responsible for building a positive culture,

developing your team, improving the customer experience and driving robust operational and financial results.

- Key Responsibilities

 Lead, coach and develop the Service and Parts teams  Build a positive, accountable and performance-driven culture

 Drive departmental sales, gross profit, productivity and customer retention

 Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement plans

 Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of concerns

 Improve shop productivity, technician efficiency and overall capacity

 Maintain appropriate staffing levels and support recruitment and retention

 Oversee warranty, internal,



customer-pay and parts operations

 Manage inventory, work in progress, expenses and departmental processes

 Work collaboratively with the General Manager and senior leadership

 Ensure all manufacturer, company and safety standards are consistently met

- What You Bring

 A minimum of two years of Fixed Operations Manager experience  Strong automotive Service and Parts operational knowledge

 Proven leadership, coaching and team-development abilities

 A demonstrated ability to improve performance and profitability

 Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills

 A customer-first approach and commitment to operational excellence

 Experience with PBS is considered an asset but is not required
