Strong IT skills with demonstrated experience administering a CMMS, EAM, or similar maintenance/asset management platform (MaintainX experience strongly preferred and will be prioritized)Experience developing maintenance processes, SOPs, or work management procedures in writing, with the ability to produce documentation that field and technical staff actually followSystematic, detail-oriented approach to data quality:
