Job Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server, you’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and help maintain a clean, organized dining area. You’ll use POS systems to process orders and payments while providing attentive, efficient hospitality.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, explain menu options, take accurate orders, and respond to requests with friendly customer service.
- Enter orders in the POS, including Micros POS where used; handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Serve food and beverages, support basic food preparation, and follow food handling and food safety practices.
- Maintain sanitation and dining-area cleanliness, coordinate with kitchen colleagues, and use time management to keep service moving.

Qualifications Required: Clear communication, customer service, basic math, accurate order entry, cash handling, time management, and safe, sanitary food handling are practical capabilities for serving guests and processing payments. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, kitchen, cashiering, or guest services experience; familiarity with POS or Micros POS, serving, food preparation, hospitality, and upselling can help you contribute confidently.

Pay: $17.60-$19.60 per hour
