Position: Food Services Manager Wage: CAD $37.50 per hour Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays) Working hours: 30-40 hours per week Perks: 4% vacation pay Job Duties:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Plan and control the budget and inventory • Manage food service operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with the franchise's established menu and operational standards • Monitor sales revenues and operating costs and implement operational adjustments to maintain the restaurant's profitability.
- Negotiate/coordinate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies • Review and adjust staff schedules when necessary • Recruit staff, oversee staff training and conduct performance reviews.




- Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed • Hold staff meetings and address staff complaints and suggestions.
- Coordinate promotional activities and advertising in accordance with the franchise's marketing guidelines.

Job Requirements: Education

- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Completion of a 1- to 2-year college diploma or other post-secondary program in hospitality, food and beverage service management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the food service industry, including at least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, is required.
