This Senior Manager role sits within Remitly’s Identity & Trust organization and reports to the Director, Fraud Strategy. You will guide controls from initial assessment through delivery, launch readiness, and ongoing maintenance. The position balances loss prevention with smooth experiences for legitimate customers.

Key Responsibilities

Design requirements before products and payment methods launch

Set success metrics and prepare initiatives for launch

Prioritize work across competing launches and partners

Design experiments and evaluate control performance with analytics

Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term fixes

Requirements

Direct experience launching new fraud controls

Eight or more years defining strategic fraud outcomes

Three or more years of people management experience

Ability to evaluate technical proposals and operational metrics

Strong influence across technical and executive stakeholders

Use fraud detection, experimentation, and strategic leadership to protect Remitly products while supporting trusted customer experiences.
