Overview The Front Desk/Night Auditor supports smooth guest arrivals, overnight operations, and accurate front desk records. This guest-facing role combines attentive hospitality with dependable administrative work, helping create a welcoming experience while keeping information organized for the team.

Primary hours would be 11 PM until 7 AM. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights. Subject to change.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and respond to questions with professional customer service.
- Handle calls using phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems; direct inquiries and messages to the appropriate team members.
- Complete overnight front desk tasks, review and record relevant transactions, and prepare clear handoff information for colleagues.
- Support guest services by communicating clearly, addressing routine requests, and escalating concerns appropriately.
- Monitor the hotel grounds for guest activity/noise.




- Drive the hotel shuttle to/from airport when necessary.

Experience

Required: Clear communication, courteous phone etiquette, accurate recordkeeping, basic computer skills (such as Word and Excel), and a patient, service-focused approach are practical capabilities for supporting guests and completing overnight tasks.

Preferred: Hotel experience, front desk or hospitality experience, and bilingual or multilingual communication skills can help you serve a wider range of guests.
