Overview

As a Front of House Server, you’ll welcome guests, guide them through the menu, and provide attentive service throughout their visit. You’ll coordinate with colleagues to keep service smooth and help create a clean, comfortable dining experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, answer menu questions, take orders, and enter them accurately using a POS system.
- Serve food and beverages, check guest satisfaction, and communicate requests or concerns to the kitchen.
- Process payments, handle cash, and use basic math to verify transactions.
- Support food preparation and safe handling practices; maintain clean service areas and follow sanitation and food safety procedures.
- Manage time across changing service needs and offer menu suggestions when appropriate.

Requirements Required: Transparent communication, customer service,



time management, basic math, and careful food handling are practical capabilities for serving guests, processing orders and payments, and maintaining safe, sanitary work areas.

Preferred: Food service, restaurant, kitchen, hospitality, or guest services experience; familiarity with POS or Micros POS, cashiering, cash handling, serving, food preparation, and upselling can support confident, efficient service.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
