Core is the heart of the MaintainX CMMS: the work orders, planning and scheduling, inventory and parts, reporting, and asset hierarchy that frontline teams touch every day. Inventory Management / Parts: Technician Experience: GPS check-in, field UX and offline state for technicians in the field.

Enterprise Data Management: Global, multi-site platform capabilities, templates, asset hierarchy and location, and dynamic asset forms. Build and improve the workflows customers use every day, from scheduling and parts management to reporting.

Solve hard product problems: dense, data-heavy interfaces, large datasets, offline behaviour and multi-site scale. Ship features end to end, from planning through production.



Own a feature area or system's long-term health: reliability, performance, and the parts of the codebase nobody notices until they break.

We don't have a minimum in-office mandate, but we prefer our teams to be located around our office hubs. 5+ years of qualified experience building full-stack web or mobile products. ~ Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js. ~ A track record of writing maintainable, testable code you're comfortable handing off to someone else. ~ Strong written and verbal communication: you can explain a technical tradeoff to a designer or a support lead as easily as to another developer. ~ Day-to-day use of AI tools in your development workflow, not just occasional experimentation. ~ GraphQL, React Native, or SQL database experience.

Experience with scheduling or calendar UIs, data-heavy front ends, offline-first or sync architectures, multi-tenant or enterprise platforms, workflow engines, or inventory and transactional systems. Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity.
