Full-Time Chef De Partie-Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites Ottawa Downtown On-site Restaurant Full-Time Concord Hospitality is seeking a skilled and motivatedChef De Partieto lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional culinary experiences. This role is key in maintaining high food quality, training and mentoring staff, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations while upholding Concord's standards and values. Supervise the operations of the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins Assist in training and developing line associates to maintain high performance standards Ensure food quality and presentation consistently meet established standards Manage inventory control and ensure proper stocking of supplies Monitor staff attendance and call in replacements for absentee team members Assign duties and oversee task completion across kitchen sections Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment Input payroll and assist with staff scheduling as needed Collaborate with the Executive Chef to uphold consistent quality across all dishes Communicate effectively with restaurant and banquet teams to coordinate service Enforce food safety and hygiene standards at all times Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a quick-paced kitchen Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
