DMCON Inc. is a family-owned construction company based in the London area, providing precision foundation repair, helical piles, basement waterproofing, basement lowering, excavation & demolition, and utilities work for residential, commercial, and municipal clients throughout Southwestern Ontario.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with excavation, digging, trenching, and backfilling
- Support foundation repair, waterproofing (membranes, drainage, etc.), and helical pile installation
- Load/unload materials and equipment
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Work alongside skilled crew members and follow site supervisor directions
- Other general labour tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing demanding outdoor work
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a solid work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots (or willingness to get them)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
- Previous construction, excavation, landscaping, or general labour experience is an asset but not required for motivated candidates
Pay: $17.60-$29.37 per hour
